Rates are per week and are inclusive of 12% Florida Tax. Payment can be made in Dollars or UK Pounds.
£150.00 / $300.00 per week deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
£150 / $300 security deposit is required, refundable within 30 days of departure. Subject to property inspection. Minimum stay 3 nights. Stays of 5 nights or less incur a cleaning charge of £70.00 / $100.00.
