Our villa is located in the gated community of TUSCAN HILLS on the US 27 in Davenport, Florida only 1 mile south from the intersection with the US 192 , and 10 minutes from Disney World by car. Tuscan Hills is a relatively new community, having been built in 2006 and is one of the most sought after resorts due to its location, facilities and beautiful villas.
The I-4 is within easy reach, and the villa is approx 30 mins from Orlando International Airport and one hour from Sanford Airport. A short drive away are Seaworld, Universal Studios, Wet and Wild, Discovery Cove, International Drive, with all its attractions and numerous shopping malls, such as Mall at Millenia, Belz Factory and Designer outlets. Further away, but well worth a visit are Busch Gardens and The Kennedy Space Centre.
On site facilities at Tuscan Hills include a Mediterranean style clubhouse with a gym, sports room, TV area, tennis court, sand volleyball court, cyber café , childrens play area and a palm garden for relaxing in the shade. Within minutes are all the essential amenities you will need, a bank, petrol station, Publix supermarket, Super Wal-Mart and a range of bars and restaurants including fast foods such as Burger King, MacDonalds, Pizza Hut etc.
If you enjoy a game of golf, there are numerous excellent courses within 15 mins, including Champions Gate, Ridgewood Lakes, Southern Lakes, Orange County and so many more you will be spoiled for choice.
